CUSTOMIZATION
How it Works
1) You place your order
2) We send you a sample which also acts as a template and information to get started. The template will be used later for your fully tailored materials.
3) Next you choose how to run your agency by reviewing certain areas (Mainly HR Policies) that we tag in some of the sample templates.
4) Fill out and send us the Agency Information Form that we provide . We can now complete your specific agency needs Customizations.
5) We check the latest regulations in your State and or Medicare COP/ACHC/CHAP, then complete your compliance & agency specific customizations.
6) You Receive your CD-ROM with full set of customizations in MS Word format.- that you use to insert into the template provided earlier.
* You will receive your sample first ( allow between 5 - 10 business days). Customizations generally take between 3- 8 weeks depending on your State and our current workload. Customization is only available for "Agency-in-a-Box" Packages or individually purchased Pediatric Add On Packages,. Policies & Procedures Manuals and Admission Packs. Accreditation customization is only available for Licensed and Certified "Agency-in-a-Box" Packages
