CUSTOMIZATION
How it Works
1) Place your order on our website.
2) We send you your “Agency in a Box” templates. The templates are sent as part of our quality guarantee for your review.
3) Next you choose how to run your agency by reviewing certain areas (Mainly HR Policies) that we tag in some of the sample templates.
4) Then fill out and submit the customization form. This will be emailed to you around the time your package arrives. On this form, you may be asked to refer to your policies and procedures manual in your package. If there is a choice in your State, on certain policies, you may be asked if you wish to keep it.
After you fill out your customization form, please allow 5-10 business days for completion.
5) We re-check the latest regulations in your State and or Medicare COP/ACHC/CHAP, then complete your compliance & agency specific customizations.
6) Your finished customization will be emailed to you on completion. You will also receive your customized documents on CD-ROM. The files will be in standard MS Word format. These documents replace the templates originally sent to you.
* Customization is available for:
"Agency in a Box" packages, individually purchased Pediatric Add On Packages, Policies & Procedures Manuals, and Admission Packs only.
Accreditation customization is only available for Licensed and Certified "Agency-in-a-Box" packages
